Ray H. Miller, III, Cofounder and President & CEO
- Ray has over 30 years of extensive sales and marketing
experience with well over half of that period being in the
manufacturing sector. His expertise has been utilized in the
printing, plastic molding, automotive retailing, and nursery
(live plants) industries. In every one of these industry
sectors he played important roles related to growth of the
multi-million dollar companies of which he was associated.
The breadth of Ray’s experience contributes solidly to his
ability to develop, implement, and execute within either a
business start-up or the growing of new products in new
markets within the industry sectors mentioned above. In
every circumstance he has led sales and marketing teams and
defined distribution channels that resulted in measurable
revenue and profitable increases. He is the former Senior
Vice President of Home Claim Services of America. He is a
graduate of the University of Alabama with a B. A. in
English. Ray currently serves as a Trustee and Secretary for
the National Maritime Museum of the Gulf of Mexico. He has
been designated by The Secretary of Commerce a Member of the
Alabama District Export Council. |

Earl Hollingshead, Cofounder and Chairman of the Board

Earl has over 30 years experience in identifying,
structuring, funding, and operating a broad range of
business transactions. He is the founder and current
president of Home Claim Services of America (HCSA). HCSA is
a service company providing assistance to property owners,
property management companies, condominium associations,
charitable organizations and government housing agencies by
filing claims for many types of defective building products
including hardboard siding. Since its inception, HCSA has
processed more than 10,000 claims and collected more than
$30 million on behalf of property owners nationwide. Prior
to founding HCSA, Earl has managed over $50 million in oil,
gas, and real estate investments. |

Beau Pineda, Senior Trade Analyst

Beau has extensive experience in the transportation and
logistics industry with a focus on international trade. His
talent lies in aggressively entering new markets, and then
building and maintaining lasting business relationships.
Beau has intensive experience in Latin American countries,
is Spanish speaking, and holds a bachelor degree in
International Business from Jacksonville University where he
graduated with honors. His background and his history of
success make Beau an integral part of businesses wishing to
expand their sales at home or abroad. |

Betsy Fuchsen – International Trade Specialist.
Betsy is from Peru, South America. She works in all facets
of Northern Gulf’s sales and marketing efforts as well as
the day to day administration of NGG. She is bilingual
speaking native Spanish and English from the British
Institute in Lima, Peru. She has a college degree in
accounting and major in Finance from the Ricardo Palma
University in Lima, Peru. Betsy has a coarse experience in
International relations and commerce. |

Catia Xavier, International Sales Assistant-
Catia is from Brazil, South America. She currently assists
in the sales and marketing activities of Northern Gulf
Trading Group. She is trilingual, speaking Portuguese,
Spanish and English. Her professional background includes a
Bachelor in Law from Faculda de de Direito Candido Mendes in
Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She brings another dimension to
NGG's ability to closely focus on current opportunities in

Tito Lopez , International Sales Advisor/Northern Gulf Steel
- Tito holds a degree in metallurgy from the University of
London. He has more than 20 years of experience in the
field and boasts an intimate understanding of the Latin
American steel industry from acquisition of raw materials
through production to distribution and sales; mainly
oriented to the construction, petroleum, and petrochemical
